If Educora cancels the training, the candidate will receive a refund of the fees paid to Educora for that cancelled training.

If the candidate cancels the training, the fees paid are non-refundable, subject to applicable law.

Cancellation and refund enquiries

Contact info@educoratechnologies.com with your name, course or batch details, payment reference and the reason for your request. Our team will verify the booking and payment and explain the next steps. Do not send passwords, card security codes or other sensitive payment credentials.

Batch transfers and rescheduling

Contact our team to discuss batch transfers or rescheduling before making arrangements. This policy does not promise automatic transfer, rescheduling or conversion of a candidate cancellation into a refund.

Applicable rights

This policy does not exclude rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
