These terms describe general use of Educora’s website and information about its training and consulting services.

Course and service information

Review the relevant programme or service details and confirm the syllabus, prerequisites, total training hours, delivery format, schedule, fees and inclusions with Educora before enrolling or making payment. Public-batch and private-training prices are separate offers. Taxes are shown where applicable on the relevant quotation or listing.

Certification and outcomes

Completing Educora training does not itself confer a Microsoft, AWS, EC-Council or other vendor certification. Vendor examination eligibility, assessment and certification are governed by the relevant provider. Confirm separately whether an exam voucher, labs, cloud usage or other materials are included in your chosen programme. Training and placement support do not guarantee employment, placement or examination success.

Enquiries and enrolment

Sending a website enquiry is a request for information. Confirm enrolment and programme arrangements with our team. Any separately agreed written quotation, enrolment terms or corporate agreement should be reviewed before payment.

Website and learning materials

Use the website and materials lawfully. Do not misuse enquiry forms, attempt unauthorised access or use training exercises against systems without permission. Educora branding and third-party product names remain subject to their respective owners’ rights.

Cancellations and refunds

Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy before payment. If Educora cancels training, the candidate receives a refund. If the candidate cancels training, the fees are non-refundable, subject to applicable law.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how enquiry and contact information is used, including promotional communications and how to request that these stop.
